Will Bath Buddy fit my bathtub?
✅ YES - if you have:
Standard rectangular UK bath
Flat bath rim at least 7cm deep (ledge where Bath Buddy sits)
Straight side (not curved and no indents)
❌ NO - if you have:
Corner baths
Heavily textured/bumpy surfaces
Bath rim less than 7cm deep (ledge where the bath buddy sits).
Roll-top/clawfoot baths

Can I remove it between baths?
YES! Simply use force to detach the Bath Buddy. You can:
Leave it on permanently (most parents do this)
Remove it after each bath
Take it off when guests visit
It's designed to go on and off as many times as you need.
How do I install my Bath Buddy?
Simple - it takes less than a minute:
Make sure the bath surface is clean and dry
Screw each suction cup clockwise to tighten them onto the unit
Press each suction cup firmly onto the bath side (you'll hear/feel them lock)
Push down the flap into the bath
That's it - start playing!
Top tip: Press the center of each suction cup until you hear a "click" - that's how you know it's secure.
How do I clean it?
Super easy:
Rinse with warm soapy water
Wipe down with a cloth
Let it air dry
The material doesn't trap water or get moldy like some bath toys do.
What age is it suitable for?
Bath Buddy works best for kids aged 2-7 years old, but honestly, if your child loves bath play, they'll love this regardless of age. Some parents use it with younger toddlers (supervised), others with older kids who still enjoy bath time.
Bath Buddy seems expensive, why is this?
We know Bath Buddy isn't cheap - and that's because it's not cheaply made.
It's made from high-quality, durable plastic with extra suction cups for maximum safety and stability. It's built to last through daily splashes, grabs, and toddler chaos.
We're a small, female-owned business based in the UK. We invested in custom tooling (an injection mold - not cheap!) to create something genuinely useful, safe, and made to a high standard. Because we produce in smaller batches, our costs are higher, but every Bath Buddy gets the attention it deserves.
We never dropship. Everything is packed and fulfilled locally - so when you buy a Bath Buddy, you're supporting a real person building a real business.

How long does delivery take?
We currently use Evri as our courier for standard orders which takes 2-5 business days to arrive for UK domestic orders.
What if the suction cups stop working?
First, try cleaning: Wipe both the suction cups and your bath surface with a damp cloth to remove any soap residue or buildup. Make sure everything's dry, then screw the suction cups back on and reattach.
If they're warped: Not to worry - pop them in boiling water for 10 seconds - they'll regain their shape and grip like new.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your Bath Buddy does not fit your bath or if you decide you no longer wish to keep it, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
It is fine to place the Bath Buddy on your bath without water to check the fit. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or tested with water, or that show any signs of use.
This includes, but is not limited to: water marks, residue, scuffs, hairs, wear, or evidence that the suction cups have been applied for use.
For returns where the item is not faulty (including where it does not fit your bath or you have changed your mind), customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
