Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns where the Bath Buddy does not fit your bath or where you decide you no longer wish to keep it, provided the item is unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
It is fine to place the Bath Buddy on your bath to check the fit. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been used or tested with water, or that show any signs of use, including (but not limited to) water marks, scuffs, hairs, residue, wear, or where the suction cups have been applied for use.
To be eligible for a return, you must also provide proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@bathbuddy.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage for all returns where the item is not faulty, including where it does not fit your bath.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your return is due to a fault or an error on our part, we will arrange the return at no cost to you and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
